Remote Cluster Administration Services

For vScalerTM Managed, we have created service level work packages. We implement a building block approach, as we acknowledge the diverse way in which our customers need to operate. All vScalerTM Managed service bundles are available on a 1 year license agreement and additional service bundles can be added at any time.

Foundation Level remote administration framework and service

This entry level service work package is used to establish a base remote monitoring and administration framework. Through secure remote access, this package allows vScalerTM engineers to perform and manage standard cluster status checks such as machine operation, interconnect subsystems, storage and application queuing. All relevant notes concerning fixes, changes, updates and upgrades are documented, managed and shared via vScalerTM Managed Technical Operation Centre (vScalerTM T.O.C).

BIOS IT delivered a centralized HPC cluster for the whole University. The UI has been great. Our users submit and monitor their own jobs with ease, and we can focus on monitoring and managing the cluster with increased facility and insight.
